Why does muscular tissue contract?

Because the body is an ideal machine and works in a sensible means.

Some scientists have found that muscle mass cells has a “memory”, that appears to be able to store and keep track of damages, injury or states of suffering that occur in the bones, joints and also organs.Often the muscular tissue contracture is nothing but the result of a trauma, such as a bruise, a joints inflammation, or states of experiencing such as weakening of bones or disc herniation. Primarily, the muscular tissue has been compared to a photo film on which they are “inscribed” all our body’s issues. This is why sometimes we seem to have stones under the skin, the muscles like rubber bands or we feel them as genuine and twisted skeins.

The muscle mass is composed of elastic fibers that can extend, lengthen and soften with specific massage therapy. The Decontracting Massage is an unique method that allows you to loosen the muscles fiber by fiber. The competent operators’ hands are used as an iron flowing over a crumpled tee shirt: the folds are stretched and flaws are corrected.

The Decontracting Massage therapy is therefore shown in the treatment of:

• Joint locks: rely on an alteration in the joints functioning;
• Contractures: consistent and painful spontaneous muscle contraction;
• Joint pain and muscle spasms: may depend on numerous reasons, such as outcomes of a contusion, a state of basic tiredness, by the accumulation of catabolites or inappropriate consuming routines, or as a result of spontaneous contractions in nervous individuals that keep themselves in “defense” and acquired;
• Thickness: sluggish tummy emptying and, in the food digestion procedure, which might be accompanied by nausea;
• Rigidity: decreased joint motion because of muscle mass solidifying or mechanical joints locking

The method is based upon 3 major aspects:

• Pure Stress: really light and gentle activities in the severe phase or deep and intensely scrubing for a long-lasting contracture, working to obtain unstuck and make it extra elastic tissues;
• Percussion or keystrokes: taps found with revitalizing impact and vasodilator that reflexively loosen up the muscular tissues;
• Utilizing particular oils whose energetic principle is based upon vitamin E, which acts as a stimulating, incorporated with the necessary oils’ relaxing results;

Relying on the trouble, the cells, the place and the stage at which there is a contracture, you can utilize different methods and methods, not only because the massage functions to unwind the contraction itself, however also to boost the flow of the blood which as a result, by giving more oxygen to the whole body, and especially to the cells will certainly bring about a general enhancement.

Another very important thing is constantly to deal with the whole body and not just of the excruciating component, as all our body’s components are attached to each various other; In fact, it is really important during the massage, view themselves in your totality and wholeness.
